Hey friends, fellow pilgrims, fellow travelers on the Way, fellow questers, fellow God-lovers…I’m excited to invite you to a few special gatherings in June.  Wherever you might be, there is a space for you to join us, either in person or online!

You know that we’ve been leaning in hard towards our vision for 2026, Building the Fire (if you missed that, give it a read here).  We’ve been moving forward slowly and deeply on incarnating that vision, and are excited to have it all visible on our website by the end of May.  So June is the perfect time to tell you more about it, invite you into it in some fashion, and share opportunities to partner with us.  If you’ve appreciated the ministry of Coracle in one of its many forms since 2012, it would mean a lot to me to see you at one, two, or all three of these gatherings!

Saturday June 6, 4-7pm at my and Tara’s house.   We want to open our home to as many of you as can come by for an open house where we’ll enjoy each other’s company and good food and drink.  Many of you know Tara’s reputation as a cook, and we’re both excited to offer this.  At 5.30pm I’ll take some time to share about where Coracle is at, where we’re going, and what we’re excited about.  Sign up here!

Tuesday, June 16, 7-8pm on Zoom.  For any who can’t join us in person in June, I’d love to have time to share with you about Coracle and hear from you!  I’ll share for about 25 minutes and for the remainder of our hour we’ll have time for conversation and questions.  Sign up here!

Then Sunday, June 28th, 6:15-8pm at our Center in Arlington–the 20th anniversary of my ordination as a priest in Christ’s Church.  Friends, I personally would like to mark this occasion with gratitude to God and appreciation to the many of you who have blessed me over the past two decades.  And can you guess the one thing a priest wants to do on the 20th anniversary of his or her ordination?  Exactly…celebrate the Eucharist and offer the Sacrament.  I long to do this for you and together, so we will.  There’ll be a reception in our space afterwards.  I’m getting a little weepy just thinking about it!!  Sign up here!

Dear ones, some of you have been so faithful on this Coracle journey with us for so many years now, some of you are newer to us.  To all of you, thank you.  It gives me profound joy to know how many of you one way or the other have been deeply touched, formed, even transformed by what we’ve tried to do over the years and have done.  Praise God, for real, and for all that you’ve made possible with your participation and support.  We look forward to celebrating all this in June, and to communicating as clearly as we can where we are going and why we think it matters now.  Spoiler alert, it’s our Building the Fire vision.
